Maudite is an intensely complex beer. Its an amber but unlike any other. The taste comes on amber but melts into a very delicate selection of spices. As the beer sits in your mouth the spice taste rises. This beer tastes alot like the cider my girlfriends grandmother in Normandy brews, that with spiced amber beer. Theres a lot of very mild fruit flavor in this beer along with the spices, there really quite amazing how well it blends with everything. As this beer sits in your mouth you can feel the carbonation rising which brings out the flavor the entire time its in your mouth. This is a beer handcrafted to perfection.
